Liability: Event Crafts is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the event, caused by attendees or unforeseen circumstances.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure due to circumstances beyond their control.
Intellectual Property: Event Crafts may use event photos and videos for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality: Both parties shall maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information exchanged during the event planning process.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement in writing for material breach or other valid reasons.
Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify Event Crafts against any claims arising from the event.

Subcontracting: Event Crafts may subcontract parts of the event services, maintaining high-quality standards.
