Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both attendees and organisers.

• ✓More than 7 days before event: 100% refund
• ~3–7 days before event: 50% refund
• ✗Less than 48 hours before event: No refund
• ✓Event cancelled by organiser: 100% refund within 7 days
