By using EventCrafts services you agree to these terms. These terms govern your use of our event management services and technology platform.
EventCrafts provides end-to-end event management services including planning, production, ticketing and post-event support as per the agreed proposal.
Payments for events are processed via Razorpay and held in escrow until event completion. Platform fees are 5% of ticket value plus applicable GST.
Cancellation policies vary by event and are specified at time of booking. Contact hello@eventcrafts.in for any disputes.
