When do I get paid after my event?

Your earnings are held in secure escrow and released 7 days after your event ends. For verified organisers with a track record, this can be reduced to 3 days.

What payment methods do attendees get?

Attendees can pay via Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Wallets — all powered by Razorpay.

How does the 5% fee work?

EventCrafts deducts 5% of the ticket price + applicable GST from each paid ticket sold. The ₹99 convenience fee is charged separately to the attendee, on top of the ticket price.

Can I issue refunds to attendees?

Yes. Attendees can request refunds through EventCrafts. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days from the escrow balance.
