EventCrafts Organiser Agreement

By submitting this KYC, you agree to the following terms:

1. Compliance: You will host events that comply with all applicable laws, permits, and regulations.
2. Payments: Ticket proceeds are held in escrow and released 7 days after successful event completion.
3. Platform Fee: EventCrafts charges 5% platform fee + ₹99 convenience fee per ticket sold.
4. Cancellations: In case of event cancellation, full refunds will be issued to all attendees from escrow.
5. Content: Event content must not violate community guidelines or be misleading.
6. Data: Attendee data collected through EventCrafts may only be used for the registered event.
7. Support: You are responsible for resolving attendee queries related to the event experience.

EventCrafts reserves the right to remove events violating these terms without prior notice.
